Order Delivery and Collection Info:

Production lead time after artwork confirmation is 2 working days onwards (excluding weekends and PH)

Delivery via SingpPost Smartpac: 2-3 working days 

Self Collection:

*We strongly advise all urgent orders needs to be collected only at our Head Office. We will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery once Smartpac package has been mailed out via SingPost.

Head Office: Can collect on the next working day upon email notice of collection from Monday to Friday at 9-6pm. 

Liang Court: 

• Confirm orders from Monday to Thursday can collect on Saturday onwards from 11-9pm. 

• Confirm orders on Friday can collect only on next Saturday onwards from 11-9pm,

How to order:

1. Select *Ink Color.

2. Type the texts according to Text Lines then choose text alignment. Default font is Arial or indicate in Remarks your preferred font.

3. If got logo please choose logo position then upload your logo. 

4. If need add border please select on the option.

Already have a design?

• Select *Ink Color and simply upload your design. 

• If got handwritten or existing stamp, please upload a clear file and our designer will relayout for you.

Need Multiple Orders?

For bulk orders, where the text is different on each stamp, you may email us an Excel or Word Document after placing your order. Please ensure you have the right quantity of product in the shopping cart, according to the number of stamps.

Note:

• We will email the artwork once you place the order for confirmation. 

• For multiple attachments and other file format like ai, eps, Word or Excel please email it to us at sales@rubberstampsonline.com.sg after placing your order.

Artwork/ Logo/ Image Guidelines:

• Must be black and white (no gradient) in either pdf, ai or eps (prefer is vector file).

• Must be in high resolution 300dpi. 

• Create outline or convert to path all texts.

• Must embed all image.
