Delivery Information

Order Processing and Delivery

 

Once an order has been placed, we will contact you via email for artwork approval. Each order will be processed upon the customer’s approval of the artwork. Majoirty of our orders received are processed and dispatched within 5 business days.

Orders are delivered on business days only via SingPost Smart Pac. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We will notify you by email once your item/s had been posted with the SingPost tracking number. Once posted, your items can be tracked at  https://www.singpost.com/track-items , just enter your tracking number to check item status.


Delivery charges are fixed at a flat rate of $8 (inclusive of GST). Unfortunately, Rubberstampsonline Singapore is not able to ship internationally.


NOTE:

• SingPost Smart Pac do not accept those with delivery address in hotels and vessels. If have such these delivery location please choose Self collection and you may book other courier providers to pick up the package in our office. 


• Please enter a correct and complete address to avoid lost or return of package.

 



Self Collect Options:

 

1. Collection at our Pasir Panjang Head Office 

We will notify you by email for the date and time of collection. 
Can collect on the next working day upon email notice of collection on Mon-Fri from 9-6pm. 

 

Please take note that we are at Building 102F (Unit #04-11) located near the main entrance of Citilink Warehouse Complex. 

 

If travel by MRT:

1. Take the Circle Line and alight at Pasir Panjang MRT. 

2. An estimated 8mins walk (550 meters) from Pasir Panjang MRT to our office.

 

If travel by Private Car:

 

*Option 1: 

Please park at 102F Basement parking.  

Note: This is for season parking and may only have limited available slots. 

 

*Option 2:

If Basement parking says FULL, please park behind 102F building. Proceed to Exit and go to Loading/Unloading Entrance behind. Please park on the right side corner of Building 102F.  

 

*A parking fee applies after 10mins grace period.
